Celebrity Workout Programs
Overview
Celebrities must look good on and off screen, meaning being physically fit is a priority. Famous people also have access to personal trainers who use the latest techniques to get fit and to sculpt a firm, toned body. However, you can use the same methods to get fit at home or in the gym without paying a celebrity trainer. Always start with a three- to five-minute warm-up before engaging in exercise to prevent injury.
Demi Moore
Demi Moore is known for her ageless figure and face. To prepare for high-action roles such as “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle,” Moore worked with trainer Gregory Joujoun-Roche to create a treadmill-training routine to tone her butt and legs. After warming up on a treadmill, increase the incline to level 8 and grasp the treadmill handles to walk up the treadmill. Bend your knees slightly and focus on climbing up the treadmill belt by digging in with your heels. Repeat this exercise for one to two minutes. Next, lower the incline to level one to recover from the incline challenge. Continue this for one to two minutes, then repeat the incline again. Repeat this interval cycle 10 times.
Jessica Biel
Jessica Biel has starred in a number of action movies including “Blade III” and “The A-Team” where she showed off her buff figure. Celebrity trainer Jason Walsh created a challenging routine for Biel that combines cardiovascular and resistance training. To burn calories and boost her cardiovascular capacity, Biel jogs for a half a mile, then runs two 200-meter, 150-meter and 100-meter sprints. For resistance training, Biel lifts light weights and performs more repetitions to build lean muscles. Examples include bicep curls and overhead presses. Abdominal training also is important: Biel holds a 5-lb. medicine ball while seated, then twist from side to side for 15 twists per side.
Jennifer Aniston
Jennifer Aniston regularly performs yoga to keep her body toned and lean. Her instructor Mandy Ingber guides her through poses to relieve stress and stay fit. Examples of poses Aniston performs include the tree pose. Stand and place your right foot above your left knee on the inner thigh. Lift your arms in the air and clasp your hands over your head. Aniston also performs the camel pose to stretch the lower back and tone the abdomen. Start by kneeling on the ground, then lean back to touch your hands to your feet. Lean your head back to look toward the ceiling. Breathe deeply as you hold for 30 seconds, then release the stretch.
Hilary Swank
Since Hilary Swank got in fighting shape for “Million Dollar Baby,” she has been known for her athletic figure. Swank works with trainer Jay Wright to perform a bootcamp-like routine. Examples include pushups in various foot and hand positions, walking lunges while holding dumbbells, and squats while holding a sandbag, then lifting the sandbag into the air. Swank also uses kettlebells, which are weights with a handle on top, in swinging exercises to challenge arm and leg muscles.

Fashion is a business, but you must always stay true to yourself.
“Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends.”
